Between 2002 and 2013, Steve’s investment banking firm grew to 15 associates and branches in 2 European countries and the US. His firm carried out over 200 advisory engagements during that period, including 25 successful M&A and capital raising transactions.
Sat on the board of several European companies and of IMAP Inc., a global M&A network with offices in 35 countries.
Steve started his career at KPMG in London and worked for two international banks in client facing positions. A finance graduate from Hungary, he holds several professional qualifications, including being a CFA Charterholder in the US and a Chartered Accountant in the UK. Steve also holds 4 securities licenses with FINRA.

Lives in Glen Allen, VA with his wife and 4 children. In his free time, he coaches little league soccer and plays tennis.
